At Appliance GP, part of our process is to ask questions.  Information like Brand, model and fault codes are helpful in allowing us to prepare for our visit with parts we may need or indeed service manuals because we don’t always know everything about everything. It’s the price we pay for being human! 

If we know exactly which appliance we are working with and what the problem is ahead of time, we can attend urgently to your home and get the job done right. We get that it may be frustrating when in the moment, you just want a guy to come NOW to fix the issue. That’s why we ask that you work with us to provide the appliance product type and a detailed description of the problem so we can provide an expedited solution! We have all of the tips on where to look in order to find model details on your appliance.
